Gourmandises Avenue, located near the beautiful Fisherman's Cove in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, is owned and managed by Jean-Pierre Gallois and his partner, Yseult Bertic. Both Jean-Pierre and Yseult are highly skilled "Patissier Chocolatier Glacier Confiseur" with over 20 years of experience each. Jean-Pierre and Yseult are both natives of France. Jean-Pierre comes from Lyon & Yseult, from Rennes. Their experience includes working in five star hotels and Michelin star restaurants in France, England, Switzerland, Ireland and Canada Hotel de Crillon, Paris - Le Jules Cesar, Arles - Hotel les Célestins, Vichy - Hotel Allodis, Meribel - Le Lana, Courchevel - Buckland Manor, Goucestershire - Athenaeum, London - Le Mont Blanc, Crans Montana - The Old Ground Hotel, Enis - Keltic Lodge Signature Resort, Nova Scotia - Chateau Lake Louise, Alberta. Today, they would like to share their passion for fine pastries, chocolates and delicacies with you.
