Gourmandises Avenue Patisserie Fine is just the place to find the wedding cake of your dreams! Jean-Pierre will create a unique wedding cake just for you with special attention to the details for this special day!
Gourmandises Avenue's wedding cakes are covered with a smooth "classic rolled" fondant, Victorian dark or ivory chocolate glaze and butter cream. It is then finished with fancy and delicate hand piped royal icing. We can also add special features such as color, real flowers, sugar flowers, sugar doves, angels, a pastillage sugar display, a chocolate display or whatever you wish. If desired, we can also provide fresh fruit coulis or sauces to go with your cake for a final touch.

Services and Wedding Cake Policies
- Consultation (free) is necessary for estimate and final pricing.
- Extra charge for delivery.
Wedding Cake Policy
- 50% Deposit upon booking. Full payment must be received 2 weeks prior to delivery date.
- Changes in design, flavour and size will be accepted only until 2 weeks before delivery date.
Cancellation policy:
- Booking deposit will be refunded 2 weeks prior to the delivery date. Except on special design, logo or sugar work.
- Only 25% of the total payment will be refunded if cancellation occurs 13 days or less than the delivery date.
- All wedding material such as storage containers, stands, etc must be returned 72 hours after ceremony. Deposit will not be refunded on these items if they are not returned on time or damaged.
- Extra charge applies for delivery, customized set up, cutting and on any special request such as design, logo where applicable. (Four weeks notice is necessary for special display.)
